G4 gets back to entertaining nerds again. Madhouse (Ninja Scroll) is developing 4 new anime series for the network.

You heard right, the network that was 75% cops re-runs now has some shows you might want to watch.

Ironman Anime

We got to see the first episode of the Iron Man series by Madhouse (the Jimmies who brought you Ninja Scroll) and it was shown (and allegedly will be shown on G4) in Japanese with English sub titles. It looked great too... Good work! This will start sometime in early 2011.

They only showed us some character concept art for the wolverine series. They looked good.

All 4 of these series are supposed to take place in Japan, so we'll see how they work that into the story.

Anyway this actually sounds interesting. Can't wait to check it out.. G4 is pure garbage, but with this they just might level up to straight trash.

I'ld love to see the Wolverine and X-men ones, not into Iron Man, and Blade might be worth a try. I'll wait for some more details.

I just found episode 1 of X-men. They wasted no time, it opens with a big hit, then gives you the back story. I might write it up tomorrow when my ability to write stories refreshes.
